It's a shame the branch no longer exists in that sense. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. A heartfelt thank you to the remaining Ms. Demmler! She provides fantastic support, is as friendly and solution-oriented as ever when there are any issues. That's what makes banking enjoyable!
I can't comment on the opening hours and facilities, as I've been living elsewhere for some time now. However, I appreciate Ms. D.'s personal telephone and email consultations all the more. She is competent and charming, and gives excellent advice even on complex issues. I wouldn't want to be without her! 👍
It's hard to imagine worse service, and the accompanying arrogance is beyond words. I really can't recommend this bank to anyone. If one could hand out negative points, this bank would deserve them.
I've been wanting to change my phone number for days because otherwise my mobile banking wouldn't work. Unfortunately, this can only be done in person or via a lengthy mail process. The branch is closed without prior notice. My personal bank advisor, with whom I was very satisfied, is not reachable by phone or email. There was no advance notification of this either. Both transfer machines have been out of order for several days. The nearest bank is 35 km away. The hotline keeps giving contradictory information. I'm probably just a minor, uninteresting customer for a bank, but through my job, I know what customer service means. Excuse my language, but I've rarely experienced such a rip-off.
The branch, including the self-service area, closed overnight. Since I only have an FCB Flex account with this bank, I now have no way to access the funds or receive account statements. Therefore, the account should be closed. I was unable to book an appointment online to close the account in person (the nearest branch offering this service is listed as Kempten). During a telephone consultation, I was told that the account closure could be done in writing. I then sent a letter by post (addressed to Sankt Stephans Platz 5), which was returned as undeliverable. After more than 30 minutes on hold, I was finally given the hotline number, and the cancellation letter is to be sent directly to Munich. I'm curious to see what happens next...
