Are you serious? There isn't even a self-service terminal here!! Now I have to drive all the way to Stuttgart, and it already took me 40 minutes to get here. Maybe you should update this on Google! So incredibly annoying! By the way, I'm only here because online banking isn't working!!!! Grrrrrr

I've been a HVB customer for over 25 years, working at various branches in Germany for my job. While it's a shame that the centrally located branch in the city has now been relocated to this location, it's also true that a visit to the branch is really only necessary for consultation. I have to give Mr. Hellenbroich a huge compliment here.
