HypoVereinsbank Eisenach 19 Querstraße Eisenach

At the new address (Querstraße 19), there is only an advisory office. Anyone wishing to withdraw money must go to a partner bank. Anyone wishing to deposit money must now go to Erfurt. A new HypoVereinsbank branch is not planned for Eisenach!

The branch is closed, and there's nothing to be found at the new address. According to hvb.de, there aren't even self-service branches or ATMs? Seriously?

You list opening hours online that no longer exist because no counter is open. You can read about the ATM situation in other reviews.

Extremely dirty vending machine (keyboard)! Disgusting! Second machine unusable for weeks (robbed)! After a week, the keypad is clean, but the card slot is still just as filthy! The machine was replaced, but it still doesn't work!!

All the vending machines are broken again!!! One of them has been broken for almost two months!!! So sad, just so sad.
