Great bank

Since before Christmas, I've been trying to close my deceased aunt's rental deposit account. It's impossible to get an appointment at a branch. Everything had to be done by mail. First, they claimed no documents had been received; these were found a week later in another department. Then, they claimed the documents were incorrect. They demanded a bank statement, which didn't even exist at that point. I was constantly told they were taking care of it. During today's call, a rather unfriendly employee told me she wasn't allowed to discuss the matter with me because I'm not a customer of the bank. Now, all of a sudden, I'm supposed to appear in person at a branch. When I asked why every other employee had spoken to me and threatened to contact the board of directors, my call was transferred to the computer. I find the way this bank treats its customers utterly disgraceful. I've never experienced so much incompetence and so many excuses as at HVB.

The advisor at the counter was very friendly and we had a nice chat. She was always helpful and could explain what the problem was. ☺️

No one can beat 3 ATMs and 5 transfer terminals, unfortunately no one dares to go there in the evenings.
