I find the service to be the worst I have ever experienced. I've been trying to close my account for months, but the bank consistently refuses or obstructs my request. My attempt to close it through my new bank's account switching service was rejected. Online cancellation doesn't work (is it broken or intentional?). My cancellation via paper form was refused because the signature supposedly doesn't match. They told me to come to the branch. The problem is, it's 50km away and never open.
