Good location. Accessibility is very easy from different directions. Large parking space. They have courteous reception at the main entrance. The staff were also courteous. The ambience in the parking hall is good for business. The hall was not crowded when I visited. There were staff at the different counters attending to customers. Lighting is good. The air-conditioning was also good. Overall, my visit was successful, and attention was not delayed. They need to provide pen, probably attached to the table or wall, for customers to use, if the customer didn't come with any

It's a big bank actually. Quite accessible. Very friendly and helpful customer care service agents. There are public toilet facilities. Automated teller machines are well organized into a gallery. One more at the entrance. Beautiful building too.

I try closing my Account with this people I just couldn’t, the reason is as at last week every transaction I make with my is always rejected and they were collecting 53# for each, I was so distressed, I what to the bank to take out some money from my account, they almost make me miss my flight due to long line delay, they have my email I can’t use the app, I can not see what is going on on the account all because a woman is the manager of this branch, women who never what other wonderful success, I am giving this review because if any thing is missing from my account UBA will pay in full
