The branch is positioned on a good location. Thanks for Google maps for bringing out the closest. Good security. Enough parking space. Working ATM. Good structured building. Amidst other banks you can't go in through this side except inside the street perpendicular to Ahmadu Bello Way.

I had an unpleasant experience banking with UBA, Ahmadu Bello Way Garki; one of the customer rep had made a mistake in updating my BVN details. I returned to rectify the issue, and the least I expected from the rep was an apology which I didn't get.  He acted like he was doing me a favour; his error cost me time and money. Honestly, the least he could offer was an apology. I'm unimpressed!!!!

My most horrible banking experience would be with UBA 🤦🏾‍♀️ Online, banking hall, staff, ATM machines, just name it!!! Particularly, this branch on ahmadu Bello way garki 2. Forever having network issues. I'll take my business elsewhere and have my peace. Oh, and I'm taking all my 19 staff acconts with me.
