Useless staffs, couldn't process anything

This is the branch I photographed at 8:03 AM. When I arrived, there were fewer tellers than expected, only one customer at the counter, and I arrived at 7:53 AM, took a number, and waited 15 minutes before someone came to assist me.

Thank you, manager, for giving me more envelopes to attend the wedding party. I would like to add that the cashiers should stop being so fussy about the pretty lady. I asked for an envelope but she joined in saying the bank didn't have one!!! I'm joking, I don't know if I'm short-sighted or lazy, I need to be retrained, I really hate it!!!

It was 5 PM and the staff still weren't assisting with the withdrawal, that's terrible.
