The service is so bad. After depositing money, the customer went out to get the bike but couldn't get it in the hot sun. The security guard saw it and deliberately turned away as if he didn't know. I called to ask to take the bike but the security guard said he would take it himself, then continued fanning himself and turned away. The work attitude is so poor, unacceptable.
I feel cheated. When the credit card consultant advised me on opening the card, they didn't clearly explain the annual fee schedule or when it would be refunded. Only after using it did I realize I had to wait 2-3 months for the refund. The consultant only vaguely stated that "you get a refund if you spend," which led me to open a card with a limit of only 10 million VND – while my monthly spending needs are already in the tens of millions. If I had been given a clear and transparent consultation from the beginning, I wouldn't have chosen this card.
