The tellers are friendly and efficient. They don't pressure you to fill out forms quickly with their eyes, nor do they impatiently read out any missing information. Overall, the service experience is perfect. As for the queues… it depends on the time of day; it's busier at the beginning of the month or on Mondays, but at least it's not chaotic. Taipei Fubon Bank's Nanmen branch is the kind of place that "doesn't disappoint, but won't let you down." It has the necessary efficiency, the expected smiles, and even provides air conditioning and quiet background music. After finishing my business, I even didn't want to leave; I wanted to sit for a couple more minutes pretending to be busy, enjoying the rare tranquility.

I went to the South Gate branch to change my bank card at noon today. The manager tying my hair up had a really bad attitude. I never knew that managers at such a large financial holding company could be so unprofessional.
