The bank's service is terrible, it wasted my time, and in the end, they still didn't get what I needed to get done. Other branches are better, but this one doesn't recommend banking or securities accounts. It's awful. 👎
The former Jih Sun Bank branch merged to become the Anping branch of Taipei Fubon Bank. There are parking spaces for customers in front of the branch, but not many. The service staff are very attentive.
Parking is incredibly difficult here, I really don't want to come. There were so many people at the bank. I took a number and was told to wait four digits, but I waited for over 30 minutes. Speechless... I should have gone to the one on Linsen Road. Although it's smaller, they're more efficient.
Customer service will just give you a random answer to your question! Just a quick fix—it's almost time to go home!
Not this one, but a branch in Tainan. I made a US dollar fixed deposit there… and I'm so frustrated! Your staff taught me a lesson, haha.
