It's a civilized excellent branch. My experience in banking in different branches in many different countries is 29 years. My opinion is that they are doing great job. Highly recommended.
I came to open an account and was refused because my ARC number was an older version (2 letters + 8 numbers instead of 1 letter + 9 numbers). This was clearly in violation of MOFA guidance. Upon insisting they reluctantly processed my application, and entered my gender incorrectly resulting in a denied application with no way of correcting until the following day. As a financial institution there was no cross-check between registrars and managers, which was also in violation of FSC regulations. For foreigners: your old ARC is still valid until 2030, so don’t let some lazy and lackadaisical banks deny you service just because it is lunch hour.
The interior looks nice after renovation. The processing speed is also not bad. There was one female employee who can also support English.
Great service all the way from the very polite security gentleman at the door, to the staff working in there. Thanks for the patience in dealing with non Chinese speaking people and solving my problem
