My wife wanted to open a simple savings account with Swedbank at Nacka Forum. She receives allowance for my children and she needed BankId. We were turned down three times with different reason on every occasion. - First they told us even though she has Personal number, she needs Swedish Id card to prove that. - On second occasion she was turned down because they wanted to see that she receives child allowance. - and lastly when we produce all the documents they turned us down saying she needs to produce a document which states she does not have account with other bank. The whole experience was very unfriendly.
I have been here several times now and each time the staff were horrible to me. They made me think that customers were not wanted. Why go here when Handelsbanken is in the same building and they value customers.
I was told to make an appointment to January 23 to open an account, it's the beginning of November 22
