The worst customer service ever! When I went there, a staff member—a lady—just gave me a form to fill out at home and didn’t even seem to care to help me open my account. She also told me that I couldn’t open an account until February. Even more frustrating, as an EU citizen with a Swedish ID card and personal number, I was told I need a job letter to open an account—which is not required by law at all! From all the countries I have been to—America, the Caribbean, Europe, Latin America, and even Africa—this is by far the worst bank ever! I can’t believe such a bank can exist in the EU. Very disappointing service!!!

Opened a bank account is less than 30 minutes!

Delusional waiting time. All over Stockholm. Luckily it’s exceptional one still needs to go there. Once I got help… it was handled with care.

I can just say thank you to the girl at the desk, she opened my account and solved my issues with receiving payments in less than 30 minutes. Many thanks!

The worst experience I ever had with any bank ! Understaffed and not at all well planned in regards to their "rush hour". The bank itself (not only this office) needs to seriously rethink how they offer help and service to their customers. It's unthinkable how poor the entire customer experience is.
