No thanks, and never again... Constantly changing contacts in the business banking department. Promises are not kept – this is definitely not what service should be like. No longer usable for business customers; the bank has unfortunately failed to recognize the signs of the times and is far too inflexible. Only the receptionists deserve praise; they do what they can – the men behind them are clearly incapable of adhering to basic principles, etiquette, and generally accepted business standards. After more than 10 years as a business customer, it's time to leave.

Wir schreiben das Jahr 2024 und ich habe gerade den ersten Brief seit 10 Jahren abgeschickt, um mein Konto bei der Sparkasse zu kündigen. Das ist bei anderen Banken deutlich einfacher und spart allen Beteiligten eine Menge Zeit.

The personal consultation is truly excellent, but of course also expensive (you pay for it indirectly because you don't receive interest and directly through account maintenance fees). Nevertheless, I'm deducting one star because the actual account terms are very poor, but that's what the "free" consultation is for.

Never again Sparkasse, and never again the branch in Sandow. I have rarely experienced such poor service. They have no interest in advising customers. You receive less information than you find on their website. The staff's responses are curt... I understand that it's difficult to work with customers every day... but precisely these kinds of "advisory jobs" are disappearing with digitalization if the advice is poor or nonexistent. I will not be recommending/reviewing Sparkasse!
