I wanted to open an account online. The verification process has failed. So I went to the branch. Client advisor at front office helped me to get a appointment. I got an appointment a week after that. So week after that I have met with Ms. Kowalski. She was very friendly. She helped me with the verification and seting up the banking app. English was not a problem. Which after a very bad experience woth HVB and VolksBank where they wanted me to come with interpreter to account opening. So I am very pleasantly surprised that despite that reputation that Sparkasse has, I recieved great customer service, a pro-client and nice approach and I have nothing to complain about at all. I would definitely recommend.

I started communication with bank via e-mail. It seemed to me that a lot can be done without physicaly going to bank. So far, so good

Today I have open my first bank account in 2 years in Germany and met very amazing women Doreen Hientz who helped me everything to make easy and accessible to all services like net banking or Apple Pay . Really appreciate thank you for time Doreen.

Came here 2 years ago with 0 German. Mr Moller helped us for everything. Now bought a car with 100% Credit (Which was accepted just in 5 days). What can I say more... Best experience so far!🙏 Thanks guys!!!
