Excellent location and good staff ... Nice service

I've been a customer of this Sparkasse for five years now, but I've never had much contact with the service at Barbarossaplatz - thank goodness. Since I needed information or assistance over the phone, I had to contact my local branch - Barbarossaplatz. First, you call the head office, where the staff are always very polite and helpful. Then you're connected to the branch you're in, and from there, the monkey business begins. The staff at Barbarossaplatz are incredibly rude and anything but willing to be helpful. You get neither proper information nor complete answers - in short, you don't get anywhere, and after speaking with these people, you know just as little as you did before. I've had this pleasure more than eight times within a week, and I'm simply appalled. THANKS for NOTHING.

One star is still too much. It's absolutely outrageous to claim that something wasn't submitted. The one star is for the seemingly only competent colleague there, who corrected the mistake of his incompetent employee.

Lots of vending machines, short queues! Very convenient :)
