Around 4:30 p.m., I tried to reach someone via the customer service hotline. After nine minutes, the annoying hold music stopped. But if you think someone answered, think again. It was impossible to tell if someone was listening in or what else might have caused the music to stop. After a moment and several greetings, you ended the call. This post could also be titled: "Customer beware. Just duck and cover, or I'll have something to do." By the way, I was looking for information for an over-80-year-old customer of your institution whom I look after. She recently received your debit card and isn't very tech-savvy.

I just wanted to go to the parking lot for 5 minutes (December 1st, 10:15 AM) to pick up my documents. The receptionist on the phone was incredibly rude. She didn't even let me finish speaking and just hung up on me. She said, "We don't have any more spaces available," even though there were at least 5 customer parking spaces free. I told her, "But I can see there are some free," and then the already rude woman simply hung up. Unbelievable... That would never happen at Commerzbank or Volksbank... They want to keep their customers, after all...

Absolutely awful! I'm starting to get the feeling that your name and background play a big role in getting certain services! These are people who just sit around for nine hours, talking on the phone, talking disgustingly to customers, and drinking coffee to stay awake. A horrible job. And on top of that, they think they're better than us customers. Not recommended.

You guys are the absolute worst. Because of your ridiculously stupid rules regarding real-time transfers, I can't repay a loan installment on time! I'll close my account and switch banks at the next opportunity!
