Terrible business. Very aggressive at trying to access all of your information, including that which is not necessary for the transaction at hand. Employees are robots who do not have reasonable thoughts and constantly repeat "it is company policy". If this is how walking into a local bank is going to be, may as well find a reputable online bank and save yourself the trouble of dealing with nonsensical robot people.
I walked in to get a city vehicle sticker and I ended up having to go to city clerks to transfer. While here, I talked to the nicest man in the world working up front who helped me find the proper place to go and even gave me directions. Very nice people!
If you want a bank that works for the customer, go somewhere else.
