Unprofessional handling of matters. On the phone, they pass from one colleague to another and leave call requests that no one calls. That's because the staff doesn't know how to do their jobs. Responsibility is evaded and transferred to others. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Terrible service, nothing ever works, it's impossible to get anything done. If something happens to your card, you'll have to wait a week for an appointment and live on air. I highly recommend it.
