Why wasn't I notified that you had moved to Lohja at 6:30 PM even though I had an appointment for you on Monday at 6:30 PM?

Why haven't you called me back? I've called and asked for a call back many times. I've been your customer for decades. My account was closed through my own fault. And I need help.
