Resona Bank is located about a minute's walk from the north exit of JR Okachimachi Station. It's connected to Tully's Coffee Ueno Okachimachi. You can access Resona Bank from either the Resona Bank or Tully's Coffee entrance. There's an ATM on the first floor and a service counter on the second floor. The ATM hours are as follows: Weekdays: 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays: 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM *Closed every second Saturday of the month from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM the following day The second-floor counter is open weekdays only, from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. At the time of this review, there are 10 ATM spaces on the first floor, but only 8 are installed. There are signs posted in the empty spaces.

This is the first time! The 10,000 yen bill I withdrew from the ATM is torn. I went to the counter on the second floor to get it changed, but they coldly handed me a numbered ticket, and after waiting 20 minutes, for some reason treated me like a suspicious person. This is the first time I've ever been treated like this at a bank. It was the worst counter. I should have asked their name. And the bills they exchanged were dirty. I think they should have thought it through a bit more.

Is this a bank? Minus 10 stars. I was made to wait for over an hour even though there were no customers there. I asked the elderly woman directing customers near the entrance if they were there yet, but she gave me irrelevant answers, which was extremely unpleasant. After complaining for a while, she finally told me that if I made a reservation next time, I wouldn't have to wait. I had to go again, so I called to try to make a reservation, but no matter how many times I called, I was told the line was busy and couldn't get through. This is the first time I've ever seen a facility like this. It might be fine if it was just an ATM, but for everything else, I think you'd be better off looking elsewhere.

I went to get a token. I was asked to enter my cash card PIN to verify my identity, but thinking back, I realized they were using my ID to verify my identity, right? I hope I'm not doing anything shady.
