As others have written, the staff were unfriendly. I was told that I would have to wait 30 minutes if I didn't make a reservation, but I was called back while I was in the bathroom and had to get the number again. The reissue procedure also ended up being done over video call, where they read out my personal information such as my account number, which is just not acceptable. I switched to another bank because Resona Bank is difficult to use.

It wasn't just a bad attitude, it was "unfriendly." I opened a new account here, but the attitude of the female bank employee, who was in her 50s, wasn't very pleasant. After the procedure was finished, even when I said "thank you," she closed the door and left without even looking at me. Her language was polite, but she lacked consideration for others.

The branch is named Akihabara, but it's actually located in Okachimachi...it's incredibly confusing, and using it as a meeting place led to a major problem! Please rename it the Okachimachi Branch.

Even though the bank employees were chatting with each other, I was kept waiting for several minutes, and then I was told I couldn't withdraw my money. I think this is the epitome of unfriendly service. I will never go to this bank again.
