The bank isn't here. I couldn't find it.

All operations, including ATMs, will cease on December 18, 2022. The Yaesumae and Nihonbashi branches are recommended as alternatives, but personally I recommend the Yaechika ATM the most.

I was given an explanation about the currency exchange, but it was explained to me assuming I was exchanging large amounts like 1 million yen. Even though I had said I only wanted to exchange a small amount of a few tens of thousands of yen for coins and other small items. Since it takes a long time at the counter, I asked if they didn't have a currency exchange machine, and they asked me why I had to go to the trouble. Furthermore, they determined that there were no more currency exchange machines in Tokyo... Well, it seems that there are still some stores that have them...? Are they moving towards completely eliminating them? Due to their location, they mainly handle corporate transactions, so I don't think it's suitable for using them for small transactions.

It's on the second floor of the building and you can take the elevator. There are multiple ATMs, so you can operate them calmly and without having to worry about what's behind you. Classical music is playing, which makes it different from other branches. I also used the restroom, which was clean and comfortable.

It took an hour just to close the account, even though there were only two or three customers... I'm amazed at how slow the process was.
