Resona Bank Nihoｍbashi Branch 19階 1 4

It is one of the rejector store in the commercial district. The staff sits for entertainment with good understanding that main customer is served. Not a place for SME or startup, better to just internet banking via SBI for any other group; it is easier. Till there it is a 3 stars. Then to meet the Oba-chan, who has no clue what about IT, and keeps talking about Gotanda and every stereotype in her book. Down the line you start realizing that it just another oyaji! So, if this what they keep to Otemachi; I only wonder what is in Otemachi!

It’s difficult to find the place as you won’t see any sign until you go up to the building lobby on the 6th floor. Typical Japanese bank. Ineffective and unclear. I was told to call their customer service WHILE I was there because apparently there are things they cannot access from their branch.

The location and directions are a little confusing, but it's in a room in an office building and they can handle things like reissuing cards at a bank counter. It's also OK for individuals.

If you are looking for an ATM, it is located around the escalator on the second floor (as of December 2025).

There are no smiles, the customer service attitude is bad, and I think it is inefficient. I will not choose Resona Bank in the future.
