I just wanted to open a savings account, but the receptionist kept asking me suspicious questions, which was very unpleasant.
I don't think you often encounter unpleasant service at banks, but a woman named M-moto at the Setagaya branch is terrible. She never makes eye contact while serving customers, and as soon as she places receipts and other documents on the counter, she turns her back and goes to the back before I can put them away. It's extremely rude and unpleasant. To any bank employees who see this, please do something about it.
The location, the machines, and the fees are all normal, but the receptionist's attitude was lacking. She didn't understand what I was trying to say and initially rejected my request... I wish she'd used a bit more of her head. I think you're M, who posted previously.
