I used to bring my family, who has bad legs, to consult about investment trusts and other things, but when they stopped providing parking services (we used to get tickets for nearby parking lots), I thought that the company and branch had finally become too strapped for cash, so I stopped using their services. There is no bicycle parking lot, so it seems to be geared more towards people living around Esaka Station. I was grateful that the bank staff were always so courteous. However, the quotas must be tough.
I was in trouble with my child and they were very kind to me. This is a bank that I would like to continue using in the future.
The way they stand and behave is arrogant, and it feels more like a rude government office than a bank.
