I received honest and clear advice tailored to my needs and financial situation. Mr. Koijen took the time to explain the various options and their pros and cons. Personally, I found taking out a mortgage quite daunting because it was unfamiliar territory and required a well-considered decision. My 5-star rating is partly due to the excellent guidance throughout the entire process. I always received very friendly assistance, and they were easily accessible for questions. The most important thing for me was that I signed my mortgage with peace of mind and confidence. I am very satisfied!
Contacted them twice. Was told I would be called back both times. Never heard anything again. Update; Apparently, there was an error in their forwarding email address, causing mail not to arrive. I was called back after all, with this explanation. I didn't end up becoming a customer of theirs.
