I was denied access to a bank account due to "lack of residency," which is completely untrue. I even had documentation confirming my residency. I should add that it's a business account and I have a zzp (public health insurance) and you have to be a resident to open a zzp (public health insurance). 0/10

Despite several attempts to contact this regional bank's insurance department and leaving my phone number, they simply don't respond. I was supposed to become a new customer, but if this is the bank's mentality, it's very bad news for existing customers.

Contacted them to open a (joint) account. Was able to make an appointment the same week and received excellent service and assistance. Pleasant, down-to-earth, and personal.

I searched for a mortgage and started using the calculation tool, and it went well.
