I was unable to open a new account online, and the chat staff couldn't help me either. They told me to call, but when I did, the phone staff couldn't help me either. They told me to go to a branch, but when I went there they told me to call again, but the problem wasn't solved either. I wasted nearly two weeks of time, and I realized that this bank is not one to deposit my money in, as I felt it seems that many of the staff there are incompetent or unkind. ING or Bunq staffs could solve my problem super easily. I think those banks are better in the NL.

Imagine having your daily limit set low enough to only increase it when you want to buy something expensive. And then that day comes. The option to adjust it doesn't work! Neither the app nor the website, Rabobank doesn't open until 10 a.m., so hours are lost. It's incredibly useless. You simply have no real control over your own money. Edit: An employee was able to quickly adjust the limit via the chat function. That's a huge relief for now. It's important to make sure that EVERYTHING ALWAYS works. If you don't have access to something non-critical for a day, that can be inconvenient, but not as critical as having access to everything related to your bank account.
