It is a disaster. After the death of my father and a power of attorney for my mother with dementia, I still can't get anything done. I have to install a Rabo app. That isn't working, so now I have to go to Hoorn, the nearest bank. By now, I have already been called by them 5 times. I just want to pay off a mortgage and cancel a building insurance policy... it seems impossible, and there is a great deal of misunderstanding and complicated procedures. I would strongly advise against this bank.

Rabobank is completely unreachable; the focus is no longer on the customer, but on profit. A disgrace to the Netherlands' cooperative sector.

My sister and I have been trying to change our mother's address at the bank for days. Because the bank doesn't include a change of address by mail in their procedures, it apparently has to be done digitally or at the counter. Our mother has dementia, and we have power of attorney, but I don't live anywhere near her. This is simply impossible! Apparently, you have to resort to fraud to get it done. What terrible service from Rabobank!

I'm talking about a new construction project involving Rabobank, Bloecwere Sud, for apartments for first-time buyers. But you can't get a mortgage for it through Rabobank; a €180,000 apartment requires a €50,000 mortgage. So, there's no way to do that. I think you should be ashamed of yourselves. What's this all about?

A bank where you can't withdraw money is absurd, isn't it?
