Received excellent help, and without an appointment at that. What took hours online or over the phone was accomplished within half an hour. We also received expert assistance here, whereas that was nowhere to be found over the line. I don't know his name, but Mr. [Name] helped us out brilliantly!

I received a strange call from Rabobank saying that money had been accidentally deposited into my account; it was a large sum. Since this strongly resembled fraud, I went to the Rabobank in Barneveld, where I didn't have to wait long for assistance. I was quite shocked by the incident, but the gentleman who helped me was very reassuring. He clearly explained what had happened and offered to resolve it for me. Although I may have been a bit suspicious and quickly walked away, sir, I do want to thank you very much.

Terrible bank. They let your business card expire without warning and then didn't send a new one. Reachable by phone? No way, only in case of theft or loss. The fancy AI chatbot is supposed to help you, but only if you log in. Logging in with an expired card? I'm really curious how that works.

Accessibility is terrible. I miss the personal contact back when you could call the bank branch in your own town directly. And the knowledge of the people you speak to on the phone is very poor.
