Nice new building. Good looking and great staff
“Opening a checking account is only possible in the office”, an employee told us, not online. Because I work until 18:00 I wanted to come on Monday evening, according to the site they were open until 22:00. Unfortunately, this is not correct, the office closes at 17:00. Dear Rabobank, how can I open a checking account with you?
As a visitor, you can hear other people's conversations about mortgages verbatim. So there's no privacy. In these conversations, staff claim not to even know the extent of the Dutch deposit guarantee scheme. Each local branch of the bank essentially consists of cheap staff who are a complete waste of time to talk to. The online chat has, if possible, even cheaper staff and has never helped anyone. In a market economy, Rabobank would be bankrupt.
They keep bothering a small, normal company with nonsensical requests for information about anything and everything. As a company, you would be better off looking for another bank. If you call about this, they say that another department handles it and that you just have to figure it out yourself.
Nice bank branch, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
