On 30th of December 2024 I went to this bank to ask if I can order new card and pick it up at the bank, because I do not have postbox that is only my own + half of my neighbeurs are not trust worthy. A woman/ an employe around 50 years old, when I explained it to her, she said: "there should be such an option" then she asked me for my card, logged in with it to the system, started to look/search for something and in maybe half minute I hear: "Oooops". And she is saying to, new card will come to the address by post, and at the same time i receive an sms from this bank, that my card is blocked. And it is just before New Year! If something like that would be done by anyone in a serious/Professional bank- the person would be most likely fired.

Called them and they said I could come in and open a bank account without an appointment. I went there and then they said I have to do it online. I am going to open a bank account _online_ with another bank.

I've never had such a bad experience with a bank as with Rabobank. We wanted to open a youth account, and the bank card was supposed to be sent by mail. Fourteen days later, we still hadn't received our card, even though we were constantly being strung along at the bank. We called again the next day until a representative finally took us seriously and sent us a new card. Three business days later, our mailbox was flooded with bank cards and PINs. However, the PINs weren't correct, so the bank cards were useless. After that, the bank called us three times, and when you answered and gave your name, they immediately hung up. I called back myself, only to have to navigate endless menus and then be put on hold for 25 minutes. I immediately removed all my products from them and moved to another bank. Rabobank, thank you for all the wonderful years, but you won't be seeing us again.

What unfriendly customer service! We just arrived for our first mortgage meeting. We were standing at the door, completely excited, but unfortunately, it was closed because they close at 5 p.m. Twice, a woman walked by, looked at us, and then walked on without opening the door, explaining that they close at 5 p.m., or asking if we had an appointment. It's freezing cold today, so we weren't happy standing there. It's because Chantal Janssen called us afterward to explain why she was late that we're considering having a meeting; otherwise, I wouldn't have come back anyway. It's a shame this woman is so unfriendly, because we were really looking forward to this meeting.
