I went to ask information(31.01.2026) about my parcel and the lady at front desk (short lady who wear eye glass) ,she was shouting and answering my question like i did bad to her ,she didn't even give me one useful answer . I didn't even dare to ask her my others question ,i left quickly

This post office has a traditional and very practical location. It’s easy to get to and park bike or car. Decent opening hours and always very friendly staff. The interiors look somewhat improvised and temporary. But there for the staff feels genuine and competent

This is probably the worst behavior I have seen from a German worker. The lady behind the counter is so rude, angry and behaves so ugly. If the package that I had in my hand wasn't so important for me, I would have stood up and answered her all the way. She deserves to be taught manners. And after all these similar negative reviews from people here I wonder, what is keeping up changing the workers there? Is replying us here going to solve the problem? Those workers should be fined.

The staff's are not friendly. I don't like the way they treat people., why they have that kind of job if they are not willing to work with their heart!

The male staff with glasses was super curious about my immigration status from my residence permit even though I just simply want to pick up my package. He didn’t give me the package until he has to see where im from from my passport which I had to go home and come back. This is such a waste of time since I have work to do. You are too nosy. It’s not your job. Just do your job as a post please
