An unbelieveble lazy post office. 30-60 minutes queus for customers. Amazing…
Miserable or incompetent service. Ripped off a granddad 20 Euro for sending a Christmas present (a tiny soft 'unkaputtbar' leaflet for a few bucks) to the US, which should have been a simple letter for 1.70. This joke of an organization doesn't even have online forms for customer support.
Very kind and helpful for non German speaker as well!
