When I checked the reviews, I had like zero expectation from the customer service at this branch. Besides, I am a foreigner so I thought it would be even worse for me. But the staff was really helpful and nice to me. I was not able to open a bank account since I had already applied for it online, and they told me that they were not able to intervene in the process. I wish they could at least update my address therein but still fine.
Bad experience! Had to pay extra charges because they didnot inform me about full document.
