I had a really great experience at Postbank in Krefeld! The lady at the counter, Sussane, was incredibly nice and kind. She greeted me with a big smile and was very patient while helping me with everything I needed. It’s rare to meet someone so friendly and professional at the same time. Sussane truly made my visit pleasant — thank you so much for your kindness and excellent service!
Herr Heyer vielen Dank thank you for having so much patience with me today whilst I was trying to put something to Altrip and I even had the postcode wrong number but you were so professional. Most of the time in Germany service staff are very impatient but your service today was a 10 out of 10 if it’s possible to give you more than five stars, I will give you more than five stars.
