DHL Post Office Ohne Pdl 2 Am Harras

They don't take mail or packages. Not a post office. It would have been nice to know before I take time off work to go there.

I never usually write reviews, but I hope this review will be of some use and hopefully reach the manager of this branch so that improvements or a change of approach can be made. The issue is that I wanted to schedule an appointment with customer service to open an investment account with the 2.2% interest rate. I was told that appointments weren't available and that it could only be done at the counter. I explained that it was a large sum of money, and the response, delivered in a very arrogant tone, was the same: there were no appointments available. I'm truly sorry, but I'm not going to open an investment account for €250,000 at the counter where there's no privacy and everyone else can see it. It's a shame for Postbank; now I'm looking for an alternative.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the extremely disrespectful, discriminatory, and child-unfriendly behavior of an employee at one of your branches. Today, December 31, 2025, at approximately 10:00 a.m., I was in the branch with my two young children. An employee, who was standing behind the counter in civilian clothing and not wearing a visible Postbank uniform, asked me to wait about five minutes and sit down. I complied. At that moment, my children briefly became noisy. Before I could intervene, this employee addressed me in a condescending and demeaning tone. He declared that this was "not a playground" and demanded that I leave the branch with my children—even though it was about -5 degrees Celsius outside. I did not comply with this demand. Nevertheless, I found this statement extremely inappropriate, disrespectful, and discriminatory, and in no way customer- or family-friendly. As a mother, I naturally pay attention to my children and my surroundings. Such a remark—

An older employee with gray hair and glasses was completely incompetent and unhelpful. She refused to give me the damage report form. I then went to the employee next door, who was able to help me and hand me the form. Please ensure that the employees are properly trained; they have no idea!

Postbank is clearly convinced it deserves better than DHL and letter post customers! So they've closed the letter post office branch located at one of the city's most important public transport hubs. Postbank, they know how it's done! The customer leaves.
