The worst filia I ever used in many ways!!! Terrible customer service and the managment as well. A few clerk's but only one is taking care of customers. It's pub or coffee place not a work place.
As a foreigner, I would highly recommend PKO Bank Polski. Their online and offline services are great. Especially many thanks to pani Anna Kozlowska for her highly professional attitude and etiquette. Pani Anna has fluent English and perfect communication skills.
