Terrible experience. Waited for 40min and they served only one preson. Pnly one window was working cause all yhe others went to break. in one time ??? They canbhave a break but just not all in one time. Dont understood how they work. Internet application doesnt work enough so have to come to the branch and had a terrible experience here. If you guys planing to cone here , dont. Never !!! And when i asked where are the workers , one worker told me that all the workers having break and asked me why i am kot understainding???? Why cant one of the three window can get a break ? Horrible place. I have been waiting here for 40 minutes and noone was here in the one of windows. Maybe the worker is having long-term break

Despite my weak knowledge of Polish language, Pan Krzysztof Opoczka was very kind to me and helped me a lot. I am very grateful to him.
