Great staff, good bank. I had some problems with my business account, but they were solved quickly. Agnieszka Szukalka was very helpful, excellent specialist. All issues were resolved promptly

Being there is just an utter waste of time and disrespect towards you. I have to wait like an hour in line just to get my cash… Only one cashier was more or less fast, the others did an impression of it… A lot of empty line tickets, cuz people just left… Even the fact of having the premium account doesn’t change anything.

OMG! I don't know how to express my gratitude. I am a foreigner from another part of Europe, I opened an account in another branch and I had a problem with activating IKO, and I was very pressed for time because I was in a hurry to catch a train. For Mr. Jacob Gra it was no problem at all. He invited me to the desk, helped with activating IKO and also the card. He also answered all my questions. I am very happy with the level of service! 🙏🙏
