After reading the reviews on Google Maps, I was a little worried that the service would be bad, but I had no other choice. This location was the most convenient for me. In the end, I am very happy with the service. The bank representatives were very friendly and respectful. And most importantly, they tried very hard to help. And they did help. My issue was solved. I definitely recommend Permata Bank at this location.

If you're a priority customer, then 5 stars because priority is for those who are. If you're not a priority customer, the customer service queue will be overtaken by those who are. Not to mention, there are probably 2 customer service desks, but only 1 person working. I'm not a priority customer, so 1 star.
