Permata bank is the worst service ever, you will wait for ages. even if not a lot people. awful service. I’m using other banks all the time, trying not to connect this one, but once in 3 years I came here and just can’t believe that in 21 century exist such a bad behave to clients. And when after 30 min waiting I came to cashier to put dollars at my account - they told me they can’t do this!!!! because their machine which check usd is broken!!!!!

I don't understand why there are such bad reviews, I had an excellent experience at this branch. All the staff are very polite and friendly, especially the operator I Putu Gede Ari. Despite the linguistic barrier they tried their best to communicate, I got everything done properly and with no stress 👍
