I can finish my business fast. Thanks to the helpful security guards and Bank Permata staff. Parking area limited though, but nearby canteen has enough parking area in the afternoon.

years ago, ma dad suddenly got a notification from Permata Bank saying that someone had used up his credit limit. But none of us in the family had ever activated a credit card, so it didn’t make sense. The timing was also strange because he had just bought a car with cash. So it really felt suspicious. We went to the bank that same day, but the process was super complicated and took a long time. The bank kept insisting that someone in our family must’ve activated the card. But we were sure that no one did. All we really wanted was to know which branch the money was withdrawn from. Back then, if someone took out more than 10 million in cash, it usually had to be done at a teller, right? But even asking for that simple info was really difficult. The bank seemed unwilling to share it.

pathetic and unacceptable; customer service is very slow, i had to wait 60 minutes for 3 queues and wait another 30 minutes administrative work just for reactivation of my dormant account

The parking area for motorcycle is available outside the building, near the entrance of Taman Jajan Bintaro. There are 5 customer service tellers to serve you. Many seating area to wait the que, especially for customer service. Priority banking outlet is available in this office for customer with asset more than 500 million. This bank also offer preferred banking for customer with asset more than 100 million.
