Were is Ofice?

I'M GOING TO OPEN A PENSIONER COUPLE AND HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A PHONE CALL FOR 2 MONTHS. AS I HAVE AN ACCOUNT FROM WORK I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE IT PRIVATE. BUT IT DOESN'T WORK. NORDEA

Changed bank to Nordea as a result of a union agreement with the bank. This has only caused problems. The Kristiansund office clearly does not want to talk to customers and in my case can be closed down. 1.5 months later they still have not managed to give me a Bank ID. Fortunately I do not have a loan here and do not want one, so far it is not suitable for having a couple of regular accounts. STAND AWAY!!! Calling the number below did not solve my problem and I am still without a Bank ID.

Impossible to get hold of a human. The chat is completely useless. If it gives me an instruction, I get a message that I have been "inactive" for too long while executing the aforementioned instruction. That's why the chat has ended! Often, in the middle of the chat, I just get an exclamation mark and the message "ERROR", without further explanation. Waiting time on the phone today was NINETY-SEVEN minutes. Nobody has time for it to be a day's work to get an answer to a simple question from the bank. I really don't understand the scheme. Have tried to contact Nordea for personal contact with a customer service representative. Can't get through to the office in Kristiansund and moving. But even after the new opening they are not available. Tried Molde. It says online there. Open until 3:00 PM. Was there. But on the office door it said open at 2:00 PM. When I was at the office at about 2:00 PM. Closed. Impossible bank. Not for retail customers.
