I am a wheelchair user and had to identify myself with my passport/ID card. The officer came down to the car so I didn't have to go out in the snow. He let me sign on a sheet of paper, borrowed my ID card to scan it and came down with it. All this in just over half an hour. Fantastic customer service and friendliness.

Terribly bad experience Nordea Lillestrøm As an experienced bank customer, I expect seriousness and respect, especially when you show up for a simple identification with BankID. Instead, I was met with old-fashioned arrogance and little understanding that older people may need a little more time. The result was that I lost digital access instead of getting help. It is positive that the bank is committed to preventing fraud and financial crime, but this must not go to the detriment of vulnerable customers. At Nordea Lillestrøm, I experienced both prejudice and poor customer service. My experience is simple: Choose another bank. You will not get a good customer experience here.

I am not exaggerating when I say that I truly find myself receiving the WORST service ever. I have been trying to open an account at the Lillestrøm branch for several months and I never get a satisfactory answer. Their receptionist made me fill out the same form twice and always says goodbye with her typical phrase "they will call you today" and they never call me. It's frustrating that they don't really try to help you. Until when must residents receive this treatment? Do you think it is normal that I have been trying to open a bank account for 3 months? It's ridiculous. I hope that you will be so kind as to take people's inconveniences in a responsible and serious manner, which from what I see you do not do with me or anyone else.
