The person who works there at the reception desk and should be solving clients' problems has no idea about her job. Very difficult communication, no desire to solve any problems. The only idea is to WAIT... absolute failure.
Applied for this bank in May, took 3 months (exactly) before they responded to my inquiry. On second thought I don't want to be a customer here.

When my mother became a widow, we had to sell and buy less. My experience as a son, and computer help with various transactions and refinancing as well as taking over loans. I have to say, thank goodness that my mother has me. For the lack of service and little insightful treatment she has experienced. I have no words. We are taking over the apartment my mother bought on 4/9. But you joke that we will do something when you have emptied my mother's account with a bunch of establishment fees. I am so angry and frustrated with all the management you are creating. Since you have just doubled the number of customers by taking over private customers from Danish banks, I assume that the number of customer service representatives has also been increased, but I can't track it anywhere!
