Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced for out of country customers. I have tried contacting this bank to gain access to my online banking, which has proven to be physically impossible because I don’t have an Norwegian phone number and my phone plan does not allow for out of country calls. I’ve tried communicating with their so called chat robot that is basically useless, it isn’t Helpful in any way, shape, or form. When the robot asked if I want to speak with a human, I say yes, but it won’t allow you to speak with a human unless you have a Norwegian Bank identification system set up on your smart phone, which I obviously don’t have…. and I have explained this to the robot over and over again, but it just goes in a loop and refuses to connect me with a human. Absolutely horrible service. Extremely disappointed, looking at other options for my money moving forward. Strongly don’t recommend.
Bank employed was stressed and was pushing me to sign quickly. Within 2 min I was on my way out again and nothing is working now. Need to go back again too the office cause they can't solve the problem on the phone and I don't live in Norway! Delete and change bank!
The absolute worst bank! do not open an account here! I can’t even access my money to pay my tuition fees. Staff are unhelpful and slow. Its been months.
Sent inn my bankid verification letter over a month ago and still has not been activated. I haven’t been able too access my bank account for over a month, even after calling customer service numerous times.
Just opened an account. Cateline was the employee’s name if i’m not mistaken. Great service. Loved it. Hope stays that way.
