I am very disappointed with this bank. I lost my trust. I've been waiting for a PIN to my card for over a month. Every time I went to the bank to ask what was going on, I was promised that I would get a PIN code within a few days. I can't use my card for shopping, ATM ... nothing. Disgraceful treatment of the client.

Needed financing certificate after a terrible experience at sp1. Came in for drop in, got an urgent meeting and financing 2 hours later from a very nice man named Johannes. Top service for me and both my children. He did everything from a-z, bank switching, moving accounts etc :) A fantastic service, even though they are only open for drop in for 1 hour there have never been any problems, customer service and chat have helped too + I can book a meeting from 0800-15:30 with advisors locally! Big kudos
